Troy Clark

Troy Clark, FACHE


Troy Clark, FACHE, was named CEO of HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Kingsport in December 2014. His experience includes serving in multiple leadership roles with Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center including vice president and chief operating officer, vice president of finance and operations as well as others. He is a Certified Healthcare Executive and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Troy received his bachelor’s degree in cardiopulmonary studies from the University of South Alabama and master’s degrees in business administration and health services administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Stan Hunt

Stan Hunt

Plant Operations Director

Stan joined HealthSouth in 2003 after a 23-year career in industrial construction. In addition to serving as the hospital's safety officer, his responsibilities also include the environment of care and maintenance. Stan is a certified instructor with the International Association of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. He is a registered healthcare safety officer at a senior level with the International Board of Environmental Health and Safety. He also completed the State of Tennessee Food Service Training Program in 2004 and is an active member of the Sullivan County Emergency Management Program.

Joyce Jones

Joyce Jones, PHR

Director of Human Resources

Joyce has more than 11 years of healthcare experience as a human resources professional. She was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King College in Bristol. She has received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Joyce is also involved in the local chapter of the Healthcare Human Resource Association.

Pam McDonald

Pam McDonald

Area Director of Marketing Operations

Pam serves as an area director of marketing operations for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Kingsport and The Rehabilitation Hospital of Southwest Virginia overseeing all aspects of marketing and admission operations. Previously, she worked for five years as the director of marketing at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocala receiving HealthSouth’s marketing team of the year award for the southeast region in 2015. Pam also worked as a senior rehabilitation nurse liaison at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Spring Hill for five years. She received employee of the quarter from HealthSouth Spring Hill where she also established and maintained a stroke support group of more than 30 members. She has more than 15 years experience in sales and seven years of experience in nursing.

Britta Milhorn

Britta Milhorn, BSM, CQT

Director of Quality/Risk

Britta joined HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Kingsport in June of 2015. With more than 26 years in healthcare, her experience includes quality, patient safety, patient satisfaction, IT, regulatory compliance and infection prevention. She has served for many years as an examiner for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence and as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program. Britta received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from East Tennessee State University with a double minor in physics and finance. Britta has been a past board member for United Way of Greater Kingsport Area and currently serves on their quality committee. 

Kristen Schober

Kristen Schober

Director of Case Management

Kristen has been a social worker since 2009 and started with HealthSouth at the Bristol location in 2013. She was promoted to director of case management at the Kingsport Hospital in 2015.

Debra Smith

Debra Smith, CRRN

Chief Nursing Offier

Debra has served in the healthcare industry for nearly 30 years. She received her nursing degree from Virginia Appalachian Tri-College Nursing Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Virginia Intermont and has been employed with HealthSouth since 1999. Debra is also a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN®).

Natalie Tilson

Chief Financial Officer

Natalie joined HealthSouth in 1999. She has more than 14 years of healthcare finance experience and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1992 from East Tennessee State University.

Donna Weinman, R.Ph.

Donna Weinman, R.Ph.

Pharmacy Director

Donna has been a pharmacist for more than 25 years. Graduating pharmacy school from the University of Kentucky in 1986, she has gain experience working in a hospital setting for 15 years and 10 years in a home infusion setting as pharmacy manager/director of pharmacy. She started with HealthSouth in January of 2014.

Amy Wilkinson

Amy Wilkinson

Director of Therapy Operations

Amy holds a master's degree in physical therapy from East Tennessee State University. She has been with HealthSouth since 2005. Amy first started working in the day treatment program and was promoted to director of physical therapy in 2010. She is a Neuro IFRAH certified therapist and APTA credentialed clinical instructor and says the best thing about physical therapy is meeting all kinds of people and being able to help them regain their lives.
